What relay is mounted near the battery on fender?

I have a relay that I thought was the coolant fan relay but it's not.

I lose power to it when I pull out C/H fan fuse.

I only have one coolant fan, stock for 305 4BBL so it couldn't be auxillary fan relay could it?

Sounds like the carb throttle "kicker" relay. Can you see the #'s on it?
