Driver headlight will not voluntarily pop up

Driver headlight will not voluntarily pop up
as soon as i put the headlight all the way down, it will not pop up again unless i twist the cap on the motor a little bit
it seems like it might be stuck to me
or even like it's turning too far when it goes down
help pleaseeeeeeeeee

Bumping your question 3 times in 1 day? It's the weekend.People are out & busy. TGO always has slower traffic on the weekends. Besides that...The RIGHT person knowing the RIGHT answer to YOUR problem..No guarantee he'll look in the forum your question was in anyways.
Anyways....Check the Control Module. Maybe it is giving out on that side. Both sides are independent, to help prevent failure of both together.

I had a Triumph with pop-ups and the same problem. Needed to fix a limit-switch on the electric motor.
Had your problem with my 'Bird on one light. [Remember that the early ones were different from the later ones.] The coil wire on one of the relays at the radiator was only wrapped around the connection post [no solder], causing an intermittently functioning headlight mechanism.
