Ok i just replaced my steering column and when i plugged in the connectors again i was testing everything, i flipped the left turn signal and then spun the wheel, listened to it cancel, then spun it back, but it stayed on, now it wont turn off unless i turn the key to the off position, anyone have a clue as to what happened!? i tried turning the right signal on but i had no luck with that either. Im kinda angry cuz i finally got a steering column that isnt messed up and now my turn signals are jacked up

any help??

 

cancel cam broke sounds like..

 

no it cancels properly, like when you spin it left and then back where your straighten the wheels it cancels, the singal pops back in place and then it just keeps blinking, if the cam was shot it would just stay down, i think i may have a short.

even if the cam was infact gone me flipping it to the right would stop it wouldnt it??

 

bump! its my DD again and i need to figure this one out

is there any simple test i could do on it using a DVOM? like, without tearing the column apart?
