Car now has v8 305 I purchased cluster from 84 TA bird w/tach and other gauges what is needed to plug and play. Back of new cluster looks different. Are other wires needed since car was originally a V6 w/no tach?

the 83bird is an SE model which had a v6...original cluster included speedo and huge gas gauge no tach, temp and volt meters are lights i have to do away w/that so I was able to buy the cluster off a 84 non-digital which includes all gauges. Just looking for some tips to make this swap painless and simple. V8 305 carb auto trans...thanks for ur reply

 

to be honest engine swap just completed and yet to even start to tackle this next issue....not to savvy when it comes to wiring but it just doesnt look like will plug right in and work. so just need some tips i guess. I know i'm not providing much info about this project....kind of new 2 this board and i did not see any other threads which referenced this kind of swap. thanks again 4 ur time....peace
