I'm overhaulin' a 86 IROC-z with a "sleeper" 305 , i'm looking for a alternator bracket , and i can't find one that fits on my car.

If i'm not a mistake , this car is coming with Short Water Pump , look underneath :

Some time ago , i bought this from summit :

And don't work , i can't find any bracket that works for me.

I can't find alternator bracket for this engine/waterpump , i'm thinking to do it hand made.

I'm gettin crazy with that.

Can anybody show me the light ?

I believe f-bodies came with long pumps, so maybe that's the issue. What is the issue, it looks to fit in that pic where you're holding it?

 

The issue , is the upper brackett (not in the photo) , is shorter to reach the alternator.

Belive me , is shorter to reach the top of alternator..... what's wrong with that pump ?

And if you check, the belt with touch the lower bracket .... i'm gettin' crazy
