Can't Figure Out What This Part Is

I was trying to fix my heater problem by checking the thick red wire for the connector to replace. While searching for the connector, my big hands slipped with the wires in hand and broke a tube of some sort. The part is fine, except for the tube going to the part being broken in half. In the first image, I pointed to the plug that connects to the part and circled the broken tube. The screw that I pointed to is where the part was connected. In the remaining images, it is the part after I removed it. So first of all, I am wondering what this part is. I did a search for all the numbers I could find on the part, but came up with no results. Second of all, if I don't need to replace the part, can I just replace the tube? Thank you.

Looks like the MAP sensor. Do a search on here, you can find lots of info.

Ok thank you. I have confirmed that it is infact the MAP sensor. But leading to my second question, what is the tube that is connected to it called? And can it be found at an autoparts store or would I have to locate one in a junk yard? Thank you.

It's just a vaccum line (or what's left of one), should be connected to manifold vacuum. You can use normal rubber vacuum line, the factory hard plastic lines tend to break, like that one has.

Ok, so I got a new vacuum line and reconnected the line and the plug. Now when I try to start my car, all it does is click. It doesn't even attempt to turn over. Any ideas?

Batterys dead. The starter solenoid has enough power to engage... the click ... but not enough to turn the engine over.
