Transmission: auto
tufff stuff chrome alternators

Have 84 z28 and would like to add chrome alternator. What is the amp rating of the stock factory alternator? I have a/c and fog lights. Would a 100 amp tuff stuff alternator be sufficient? Are they good quality? thanks.

ALTERNATIVE IDEA



105 amps is what is recommended for that car with AC but you aren’t going to be running everything full blast 100% of the time so you should be OK.
