Hey guys, I got a new horn in the car, as the original was gone. I found the wire, it's a common black on the drivers side, I put my meter on it, and had nothing so either my relay is no good, or the fuse is toast, where's it at? Thanks, KP.

Horn relay is in the convenience center with your hazard flasher and door chime. Under the dash, to the right of the steering wheel. You will need to remove the trim panel underneath the steering column.
