Inlet Air Temperatur sensor

Ok I did the bad, as I was removing my A/C plug from my engine harness I actually removed the IAT (Inlet Air Temperature sensor) connector. I cannot find a diagram of the IAT system. One of the wires came from a common ground. The tan wire I cannot find how far back I took it out. The only thing I see is where it goes in to the computer. Is this the only place this goes?

Yup, the tan wire goes into the computer.
Diagram here if needed: http://www.austinthirdgen.org/mkport...ta_sensors.jpg

Hope this helps.

Re: Inlet Air Temperatur sensor

If P stands for LT1 then sorry, didn't realize. It's just a standard 3rdgen diagram.
If you need LT1 diagrams, I suggest looking on 4thgen websites, I'm sure you'll find it there.

But my answer is still valid: the IAT wire goes only to the ECM, no other places in the car. That should help.
