Re: No Oil pressure or Temp gauge???
Define "no gauge". Do you mean they disappeared from your dash?
I mean are they pegged left/min or right/max?
If the wires for these two gauges are disconnected from their senders, the gauges will stay at the minimum mark. I'd check the senders first. The temp sender should be in the driver side head, between the first two spark plugs. Most likely a dark green wire. And the oil pressure sender is on the back of the manifold/block, accessible from the driver side. A cylindrical looking object with a tan wire.
Hope this helps.

they're there.. lol.. there min... i knw i removed the wiring harness when i did the carb swap.. so im pretty sure the whole wire to the sensors are gone... i dont know if i can just go from sensor straight to the gauge.. since most wireing diagrams show that the wire/s go through the computer

Don't worry, the wires don't go through the computer. Or at least they "shouldn't".
Both wires should go through the bulkhead connector C100 right by the brake booster, in the corner on the firewall. Hopefully you didn't cut the wires too short so that you can solder onto them.
This diagram shows which pin and wire color to look for: http://92b4crs.tripod.com/86wiring/dia-pics/81-0.jpg

Re: No Oil pressure or Temp gauge???
before i sold the tpi unit yesterday.. i looked at the harness i took out.. the connections for the oil sensor stayed on the harness.. which used to go to the drivers side and in to the computer.. the harness left has the starter still hooked up.. and i found the temp sensor on the side with the AC hook ups... but i going to have to buy a new temp sensor.. theres no connection available...(broken)
