i wanna know if my obd1 is working. when i turn on my car no lights come on. and when i disable my vss i get no engine light. i even did the jumper on the connection. someone told me at work(autozone) that my computer my not be "hooked up"and im running in closed loop? and that could be one reason i cant get over 20mpg? i need help. i wanted to get into prom burning but kinda hard if it dont work
