63 or 78 amp

Which amp will I need if I am building up more of a street/strip car? I will be running a pair of spal fans, holley black pump, keep power window and locks, headlights and a basic radio with no amps etc etc. No air conditioning or even a fan will be under the hood, no defrost or cruise either. The 63 is more then half less but if it won't keep everything charged I'll need the larger 78.

Re: 63 or 78 amp

The 63 amp will do the job if it is in good working
order-older delco "si"type alternators can have trouble
with bad connections where the 3 stator wires connect
to the output rectifier in the alternator, the crimped on
terminals can work loose, heat up and oxidize-soldering
these will eliminate the potential problem.
