odd headlight problem

odd headlight problem

ok first off hey everyone my name is tyler and i recently got an 84 TA for 500 bucks that needed a timing set got that done and it runs great but i was driving it at night and my friend tried to roll his window up (power windows) and both headlights went out, now the motors still work fine witch is a mirical for a car that sat for 15 years but the lights will not come on the parking lights and tail lights work fine, the high beam indicator is also on and wont turn off? i tried putting the new switch out of my fiero into it but its the same problem i hope someone can help i really wanna drive my TA

I would go with brand new switch $15 thats what mine did. or check the fusable links check hanes manuel and I just made a reply about 2 mins ago for it but yeah try those if not you got me on it.

i used the brand new switch out of my fiero and it did the same thing but i think its the dimmer switch and thats what the mechanic at the dealership said he thought it was

do you mean a TA headlight switch cus the fiero and the ta and my caprice all have the exact same switch

the caprice is for sail and the fieros a bitch to get to so im just gonna grab one at the yard

yeah i wish i had one around with third gens cant find any. I know a guy with interior parts and hoods and stuff but no engine or electrical things. So for me its advanced or napa.

i work at autozone so that helps but the yard close by has quite a few 3d gen cars
