As I was under the dash fixing the dimmer switch and I noticed that a wire had been badly damage from the brake pedal rubbing on it. I'd like to find out what this wire is for/where it goes. It is yellowish/tanish in color. It comes down the steering column and out the firewall on the driver's side. After that I can't tell where it goes. Here are some pics, hopefully someone knows.

 

im not sure but that looks to be the color of my airbag wire not sure about it but might be it
