its a 83 z28 camaro

ok well i got them installed and noticed that the high beams are stuck on...

as in when i turn my headlights on there stuck on the high beam. when i switch to high beam there still on high beam. When i switch back to low beam there still on high beam... However my driver side is some times random... its either on high and or low.. but when its on low once i switch it to high beam its stays on high beam.... but when i shut my lights off they both switch to low beam for couple of seconds then turn off....

so can anybody help me with this problem i would like to get this fixed

 

fyi he has the bi-xenon's where the solenoid moves the bulb into high beam position.

everything is connected correctly... maybe i got a defective bulb?
