Fuel problem

Hello guys I just recently bought a 1990 camaro iroc and it seems to have a fuel problem.

I've tested the pump and it runs fine but there doesn't seem to be any power going to the relay SOME of the time. I don't know, it only works when it wants to I guess.

There's an aftermarket MSD ignition system wired in by the distributor and there is a jungle of wires over there. My only guess is there's a loose connection somewhere or bad ground I dunno it seems when I move some wires around some it works for a bit then later on goes back to not sending power the relay. From what I've done so far I haven't been able to find the problem - loose wire or an open circuit somewhere. But when it does work and the relay gets power it'll start right up everytime for about a day or so before it goes all bad again.

Has anyone else encountered something similar?
