Water in Hella E-code housings
Hope I have the right forum for this (maybe it should be called electrical?).
A few years back I installed Hella E-codes. Recently I've noticed water in the passenger side capule. The rubber cap and connectors all look ok, and the driver's side does not suffer from this problem. The housing isn't cracked either.
Any ideas?

Sadly, If you've got condensation there has to be a pinhole or hairline crack there somewhere for moisture to enter.

You may still be able to save this housing. Check to make sure the adhesive/seal between the lens and rear of the housing is not split anywhere. While not the most beautiful fix, you could try running a thin bead of clear silicon to fill in any gaps.
