Crazy problem...need help please!!!

HI! i have an 87 L98 GTA...

So, i have this electrical issue im hopeing one of you gurus can help me in th right direction. kind of long so bear with me.

first: the inline fuse next to the battery.
if that fuse is a known good fuse (not blown) the car engine will not shut off. i can turn ignition off and pull key out but the engine still runs till i pull it out.
if that fuse is blown it will turn on/off like a normal car. aside from the 5 seconds of cranking to start(but i think thats an injector issue).
ive somewhat followed the 2 bigger orange wires over to the passanger side but dont know where it stops and branches out into the 7 or 8 diff circuits.

second: my fuel pump runs constantly. previouse owner spliced the tan wire and conected it into the fuse panal under dash. if that is not plugged into the fuse panal the pump will not run.(also could be a cause of long cranking at start up due to it not getting power while cranking).

i have traced the tan power wire up to the the firewall on interior side.but havnt really found it on the engine side going into fuel pump relay (one of 3 beside brake booster?)

third: i dont have the MAF burnoff relay in our else the car runs extreamly rich (black smoke) and runs like a bag o ****. with out the MAF burnoff in it runs like a champ.

all thats in the car right now is the block (doing headgaskets) so i have somewhat easy access to most wires...
all of the connecters going into the relays are kinda rough so im gonna put new relay connecters in so that it eliminates those not seating properly to being an issue.
im just kind of over whelmed not too sure where to start or what to do at this point. please help me!! lol

if you need more pics or info please let me know.

fuse at the top is fuse talked about in first issue.
the tan/white wire that goes to fuel pump is the spliced wire to fuse panal.

Man it ***** big time when incompetent people has hacked up the wiring..
If the tan/white wire is spliced into the ignition circuit then the car will run on, with the oil press switch supplying the ignition with current when the key is off (as long as the orange wire is powered).
As for the MAF thing, test the black wire from the ECM and see if it's always grounded (always activating the burn-off relay).
Try to restore the wiring to original specs..
