Blower motor popping fuses

Engine: 305 alive
Transmission: slugomatic
Blower motor popping fuses
HI guys, I have an 89 Trans am, and the fuse to the blower motor keeps popping. It pops at different times, it could be 3minutes or a couple days. Any clues? I did some searching and I may have found a couple ideas. the red wire by the pass valve cover has a crappy connector and there is one under the dash also, am I on the right track or am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
