Weird Problems with Blinkers
Weird Problems with Blinkers
well i jst recently bought a 84 camaro sport coupe from a friend of mine for 500 bucks..350 with 700r4...Anyways the problem is that none of the blinkers work at all unless i have a optima battery in...with a regular battery in you can try left and right and they dont blink inside or out...but if you put a optima battery or other higher end battery on the car they work???? one thing i can see that has been modified on the car is it has a firebird steering column he says because the stock one was wore out...is there a fuse for the blinkers or flasher boards??
thanx

BLINK THINK
It has nothing to do with battery brand, it’s all about voltage.
Your blinker might be more voltage sensitive than usual.
You can fix your problem by switching to an electronic blinker.
The fuse that feeds the turn signals is the TURN B/U fuse.
The fuse that feeds the dash indicators is the INST LPS fuse.
The fuse that feeds the hazard flasher is the STOP HAZ fuse.
There is no exclusive blinker fuse.
Happy Racing!
If People Drove Any Slower They’d Be Going BackwardsFog lights are not driving lights. They look dorky. Turn em off slow pokes.
How bout those dorks too scared to drive without headlights on in the daytime!
