voltmeter acting crazy for years. it would stay at 13v and then drop to 9v and stay there for weeks then pop back up to 13v. after many years of aggrevation poped the meter out of cluster and tested with multil meter and got 13.5v plugged voltmeter in and it read 10v. Noticed it was touching tach case and moved it over a little and it read 13.5 ever since. i removed green cover on right blinker and noticed it was bearly lite while the gauge was acting up. after the repair all gauges work how they are suppose to. just wanted to share the good news.
