ground wire to pass seat?

ground wire to pass seat?
On my 91 there is a ground wire that goes to a passender seat bolt. Anyone know what this goes to? I don't have power seats. TIA

See if it goes to the seat belt - on my Camaro the seat belt buzzer is in the belt assembly beside each seat.

Thanks for the reply. I checked and it goes to the connector behind the pass fender. The wire broke off and I can't find the other end of the wire.
