Hey..

My cruise switch isn't working so I bought a new one. On this site: https://www.thirdgen.org/cruisecontrolfix if you look at where you connect the wire into the black slot thing is missing from the white part the wires are connected to. So I can't use the little prong thing, can I just cut the wires and sodder them together instead of using the connection parts?

If not, what would I ask for to replace that little part the prong thing fits into?
