Couple issues from sitting around

I have a couple issues from the car sitting around for 7 years, first the wipers don't work (haven't tried them since changing the fuses out, still have the old breakers though), The turn signals and hazard lights all work except for the driver's side front which stays on when using the turn signal and is dim, but it is bright when parking lights are on. Brake lights work. Another issue I have is the passenger side headlight needs to be pulled up the rest of the way, as it only goes up part way.

Will the breakers fix the wipers, and if not then what else could it be. The turn signal could be one in the back, I'll have to check the bulbs. The headlight is another story, Motor?

Ok, I think my passenger side headlight motor is shot (I'll deal with it eventually). And the driver's side turn signal was fixed by replacing the bulbs in the back. However, the wipers still don't work. Is it my wiper motors?, relays? or something else?

Divide and conquer.

See if your wiper switch is getting voltage in.

If it isn’t getting voltage in, trace it back to the fuse.

If it is getting voltage in, see if it puts out voltage when you cycle the switch.

If it puts out voltage when you cycle it see if it’s making it to the wiper motor.

Happy Racing!

Fog lights are not driving lights. They look dorky. Turn em off slow pokes.

How bout those dorks too scared to drive without headlights on in the daytime!
