Wiring mess (gauges)....2.8l

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting and recently my first firebird. I have a 86 Firebird s/e with a 2.8l v6 its an automatic with 180,000 miles on it? maybe, the odometer does not work, not my biggest concern though. The gauges on it are so weird, they are off then on and whatever else, twitching, flashing, etc. The rpm gauge was working this morning now its not, the speedo has never worked sinced I have owned it (5 days). Temp gauge out and batt volts too, the gas gauge and the battery voltage gauge is the only ones working. I really want to get this car to a good running condition but need a little start, the electric fan was working when I first bought it now its now so I rigged a toggle to it for now aswell the lighting on the dash was working and just like everything else its out, If you have any tips or advice I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance -Ben W

Pull your cluster out and change the printed circuit.
