i have a 89 l98 350.. i just got a speed dencity setup off a 92 z28.. i was wundering what to do bout the vss.. my car has a cable setup and the speed dencity is electronice.. i need to know how to hook up the 2 wires for the vss.. i know my car its in the gages... if any one has any input 4 me i would be vary gratfull.... also do u think it will be worth the effert to swap to speed dencity over maf....????

 

First, make a better attempt at spelling. Its not english class but that mess you posted is difficult to make out

Next, you have two options for the VSS and speedo. Easiest is to buy a cable to electronic VSS adapter commonly sold at jagsthatrun and other places for around $40. #2 would be to use an electronic VSS from a newer transmission by swapping tailhousing and speedometer and adding the appropriate wiring

Benefits from upgrading are minute unless you are taking advantage of the more powerful ECM and related tuning
