First question, is it just the engine bay harness that you need? or do ypu need a complete pull from the headlights to taillights to fuse panel? secon these cars are 25ish years old I could get you one from the pick and pull, but it would not be for your specific year or motor, but you could adapt it for the electronics that you need ( dist, alt, guages, ect) but that would require some modifying of the harness, which as stated is 20+ years old ........or my recommendation is get a PAINLESS harness, tell them what you got and what you are running, and it will be a PERFECT fit ......And you dont have to worry about 20+ year old wires shorting out and catching fire........My $0.2.... Im glad it didnt go up in flames bro.....and I wouldnt want to chance it again.

Your Car shoudl have 3 harness in the engine bay,.
1 for Headlights
1 for Engine
1 for ECM
The Engine and Headlight harnesses appear to be 1 harness at first glance. They feed into the engine bay on the drivers side firewall at the C100 Body connector. The ECM harness will enter the engine bay from the passenger side thru the side of the engine bay.
The "best matching" Engine harness for your car will come from an 82-83 ThirdGen. The 84-86 Engine harnesses are also a real close match, but some splicing is required. ( Wiper motor was changed in 84.)
If your looking for an ECM harness than your engine and transmission type are important to follow and you should get a replacement harness from the same type of car. (It will matter if your car is an LG4 or an L69) 82-83 are prefered for the engine/tranny combo,.... 84 - 86 might be a bit different because ESC ( Electronic Spark Control ) and an electric fan was added to even the base LG4 engine's ECM functions.
