89 Camaro injectors and computer not getting power

Ok so i was at a friends house and the car was fine when i went out to start it no fuel pump so i jumped a power wire to the fuel pump relay got the car home and then found the blown fuse by the battery now the fuel pump turns on and off but the engine wont fire just cranks. I had a friend come over and hook it up to a scanner and it started to scan then the computer lost power also checked the injectors and they weren't getting power, but i am getting fuel to the rail and spark please help i am out of ideas. Injection Rejection

Check the ECM and INJ fuses.

If they’re good, make sure power is going IN to those fuses.

Happy Racing!
