trunk motor problem.

so i had my car in the shop getting regular routine maitenance done to it.. and for some reason the mechanics had my trunk hatch open. and apparently the guy slammed it shut when they were done working. after i got home i realized the trunk wouldnt shut properly. i called the place and they were closed. the next day i present the problem to them and they say they are not held responsible for the damages occured. i checked it and every mounting bracket was snapped. the screws holding it together no longer work. i was wondering how hard it was to replace these brackets and get everything back in proper working order... (and btw the shop will be getting a visit from me late one night..lol) help would be greatly appreciated.

yea it hapens SPECIALLY when you take it to the carwash..these a**Holes seemed to slam it even tho you warn them about the trunk being electric....i ALWAYS run when they clean the rear window.....its an easy fix!! did it once for a friend..but for some practice id go to the junkyard!
