The choke heater wire should go from the inside of the firewall to the "Choke Warning Indicator" lamp on the dash and from there to the Choke Heater Relay located in the convenience center. The convenience center is located just under the dash, above your right knee. It will have the Hazard Flasher Relay, Choke Heater Relay (carb cars only), the Horn Relay and the Audio Alarm Assembly located on it.

By the way, it helps greatly if you would post the year of your car and the engine it has. The wiring may vary a bit from year to year and engine to engine.

Pink/Black is a general +12V circuit which is HOT when the ignition key is in the RUN, START, or BULB TEST switch position. On my 82 it is powered from both the Gauges Fuse and the ECM fuse. So we will need a bit more info to figure out where it may go to, once is passes through the firewall.
