Oil Pressure Sending Unit

Cluster Swap, what is the location for the oil pressure sensor unit, as posted in (gauges) it needs to be replaced with the unit for a gauge not a dummy light (1987 2.8 fuel injected Camaro).

Re: Oil Pressure Sending Unit

The cluster pin is the same; Plug C1, Pin 13. ( Should be a Tan wire. ) If you pull out a dummy light cluster and plug in a gauge cluster than you should just have to replace/add the Oil Pressure sending unit on the engine,.......

Re: Oil Pressure Sending Unit

I know on my 1983 2.8 Camaro Carbed, it is right off the Oil Filter Looks kind of like a Bell with 1 wire and a boot on it. I just replaced mine and now my oil pressure reads right! hope this helps
