Ref low wire B3 Red/black
305 5.0L lO3 TBI MY ECM always but .7x volte in the B3 Red/black,
I checked some resources; And found this wire (Ref low) connect to the ECM and must be good grounded, the other side connected to the EST, So i doute that the PROM is bad. Is this right? or how to set 0 volte to this wire?
