headlight switch wont stay in place

My headlight **** moves all around making it difficult to get my headlights on. I pulled out the **** by pushing the little button and found out the thig the **** was in isnt being properly held down. How could i get this to stay in place without using glue or tape??

where should i start to look for my taillights not turning on or my blinkers not working

Re: headlight switch wont stay in place

sorry everyone I shoulda searched before asking. I found a thread that explained all of the causes for lights not working and I finally found out where the fuse boxes were, I replaced my acc and now I have interior lights/ chimes, my tail fuse, now have tail lights, and my turn fuse, now have turn signals.

As for the headlight switch, what I didnt realize was something fell as I was removing it, the piece that fell was the screw to keep the thing in place, i had to get my tweezers and unscrew a broken piece. Now its to the junkyard tomorrow to get a few things.

I knocked out alot by doing a little today!
