Headlight Repair
Is there a way to repair a front parking light or does the whole thing just have to be replaced?
Driving home tonight I passed one of my friends who then texted me and told me that I had one out, and well when I went to Ecklerscamaro.com and saw how much they were I was a bit pissed.

Are you really asking if a light bulb can be changed? Yes, look on the back of the lense and you'll see a socket. It'll either twist and pull out, or there were will be a little locking tab that you squeeze and then twist and pull. To remove the bulb from the socket, push it into the socket and turn it counter clockwise. Read the number off the bulb's base, obtain a replacement from the parts store, or Walmart, Kmart, etc. The replacement goes in exactly opposite, push in and turn clockwise.

Lamp Revamp
Good advice from Drew.
Also FireInMe17, to remove the front marker light/turn-signal housing you will need a 3/8 socket.
There are 2 bolts holding it in at the back.
Not all manufacturers put the P/N on the base.
The bulb you want for the turn/marker lamp is P/N 1157A.
You must observe there are 2 nubs on the side of the bulb, one more towards the glass than the other.
You must match the difference in the socket.

If People Drove Any Slower They’d Be Going Backwards
When you see fog or “running” lights on in good weather beware. Low performance driver ahead.
How bout those nitwits too scared to drive without headlights in the daytime and the nitwits that need headlights for a little rain

Re: Lamp Revamp
Well thanks Drew, I always just thought the unit was sealed and just looks awkward to get into. Thanks Nina.
