Ok so the wire going to the old temp sensor was just that -- one wire.it was thick copper--more like a piece of copper than a wire... I dropped a 350 in her and bought a new temp sensor. The temp sensor for my 86 transam from autozone bolts in, however it has two electrodes going into its female end. I tried soldering a wire to either end and hooking each side individually to the snipped copper wire. No luck. All my wiring was messed with. Anyways...how do I fix it? If two wires go to the sensor can you help me locate them? Which harness do they come from? I can't solder up to the heavy gauge copper properly... Thanks.
