Map (barometric) sensor for 85' Firebird

Okay so I will Start off by saying that idk if this is the right place to ask this. I have an 85' Firebird 2.8L. I am having a check engine light coming on. So I did the diagnostic on it. It said the Map (barometric) sensor is bad. So the problem I am having is 2 thing's. The manual say's it's by the fire wall. Autozone.com say's its by the air filter housing. GM service dept. says it doesnt have a map sensor! So first the location. Second is finding the right map sensor. I believe it's by the fire wall. So I went to go buy 1 for it. An the sonsor has 4 prong's an the map senor only has 3?

Go to a junkyard and pull a couple out of FWD cars with the V6... Same thing. They all, except for the turbocharged vehicles, have a 3-wire green connector. I got 3 of the things for $10, just in case one doesn't work. I would think that your MAP is in the same position as it is on others, bolted to a bracket that is bolted to the cowl, just to the right (towards the driver's side) of the heater box/A/C evaporator case. It's either there or next to the air cleaner, but it still has the only GREEN 3-wire connector in the ENTIRE car.
