Stumped by my gage cluster..ideas?

Stumped by my gage cluster..ideas?
My speedometer and odometer are not working anymore on my 91 Z28. I automatically assumed speed sensor but that is not the answer because I bought a new one and my speedometer still says I'm doing 95mph at a dead stop. So, I'm trying to find a wiring diagram that might be a little more helpful. Any ideas or suggestions? All input is very much appreciated!!!

dont know if this has anything to do with it, but did you check your fuses?
