Electric Pull Down Motor for Hatch

I guess its an electrical issue. I need to replace the pull down motor on the hatch. The hatch latches shut but the pull down motor isn't functioning. I don't know where exactly how to do that or where i can get another motor for it. Any info would be really helpful.
