I recently purchased a complete rebuilt hatch motor from Hawks Third Gen, After installing it the motor seemed to work fine, as it closed the hatch properly. After it was shut I tried opening it with the key and it wouldn't open the hatch. After a while I finally got the hatch to open but I didn't hear the motor, it just simply popped out of the lock mechanism. The problem is that I can't get the hatch to shut which was the original reason why I ordered the rebuilt hatch motor. I've tried replacing the reverse relay and checking to see that it's properly connected and, I still can't fix thr problem. So what do I do now? Please help.
