Coil on Plug?
Do they make any coil on plugs for the V8 TBI setup? If so are they worth it?

No

A coil per cyl system is available for port injection setups though. Read the stickys in the TPI forum

I have a 305 TBI, i was just curious on them.. if its not compatible then i should have no interest, correct?

With the required harness, upgrading to port injection is simply a manifold swap. Use whatever you like

Its not compatible with the actual TBI unit itself. It doesnt mean you cant swap the newer control system into your car
