fusable links???????

i got a 91 camaro RS 305tbi automatic
can anyone explain the fusable links on the passenger side radiator support. where they go.

also would help how to fix one...i believe i got coolant into one and corroded it. so the resistance is way up. my problem is that i have no fuel or spark whats so ever. ive checked back to coil and nothing.

i replaced
-distributor
-module
-cap
-rotor
-wires
-coil
-plugs
basically all the ignition components except for ign lock cylinder, but i doubt that will be it. pcm is good, recently replaced that as well. also when car is in Key on engine off....the engine light comes on. that i believe indicates there is signal from the pcm.

pelase help me, im stumped. last resort is this fusable link. id feel so dumb if it was.

on the plus side i have all new ign components.

Missing Link

Are you getting 12 volts at the coil primary?

Re: Missing Link

the camaro is fixed...my dad bumped a wire above the brake booster when i had it key on engine off. and the fan started. so i tried starting it. and boom i had fuel and spark, then it started right up.
