2 years ago i had a garage install a NAPA remanufactured alternator. (I didnt choose it) It now has a bad bearing and I am looking to replace it with a new chrome one in an attempt to dress up my engine compartment. My idle is between 750-1000 RPM normally and I have a lead foot. Engine is a 305 LG4 carbed without A/C. What would be the best for me. I am looking at the powermasters on JEGS and summit racing also
