Hey can anyone help me solve this starter problem im having

Ok so heres the situation. I had removed the emission control system off my camaro and I had removed all the air tubes except one. This last one was attached to the catalytic convertor. But it was also a point where some wires connected to a ground. I was a dumass and cut those wires with scissors not realizing they were wires. but i regrounded those wires but now my car wont crank at all. I mean the fuel pump turns on when i turn the key to the on position but when i go to crank it i get nothing. Anyone got any ideas?

Check to see if the wire to the starter solenoid is still connected.Might have broken it or knocked it loose while removing tube
Check to see if you have 12V on that wire when key turned to start position
