running lamp problems

Axle/Gears: 3.42 gov lock

running lamp problems

When i turn on my running lights, my passenger side doesnt come on but it works when i use my turn signals and when i turn on my hazzards, any help or do you need more info?

change the bulb.the bulb is a duel filiment bulb one is burnt out.
