Hello,
I have a little glitch/problem with my windshield wipers. The problems is that I put the wiper control to off, but it will intermittantly come on here and there. I know the wiring in the engine bay is right, because I had to fix the last guys hardwiring job. I am kind of lost as to how to fix this. All the other controls work as they should. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

had a similar problem with my t/a... I ended up having to replace the wiper delay control board under the hood... but that was 8 years ago... could have been called something else... talk to a old gm mechanic... apparently it was a normal problem with the gm's of the early to mid 80's... thats how I found the fix...
