Code 12 among others while car's running?

Code 12 among others while car's running?
This just started happening. Car had been running great, then started to idle funny, no SES light on. Hooked up the laptop and saw MALF flags for HI/LOW CTS and HI TPS plus Code 12?? First I'm a bit puzzled, no blow fuses, didnt matter if my EST connection was intact or not, didn't change the flags.

Code 12 means the ecm is in diagnostic. Check the ground on the ALDL mine backed out and caused the SES light to flash occasionally.
