Car: 86 camaro
Engine: strong 350
Transmission: stage3 700r4
Axle/Gears: 2.73
autometer fuel guage

i just got all my guages in and the only problem is that my fuel guage goes way past full and will not go back unless i jump the sender to the ground can some one help my guage is 0 to 90 ohms

Axle/Gears: EATON POSI 4.56
Gauging The Problem

The new gage might be defective therefore sticking at max.

Using a verified 90Ω resistor substitute it for the sender at the gage.

It the gage exhibit’s the same problem tell AutoMeter to swap it.
