Do you mean the dome light doesn't work? How about your horn, power mirrors and door locks, third brake light, radio and lighter? Is that the fuse that blows as soon as you replace it? That happened to me. Turns out the lighters like to short out and screw up all the other stuff. If this is your case, unhook the connector on the back of the lighter and replace the fuse. If it's all OK now either replace the lighter or just dont plug it back in. The orange wire on the connector is always hot though, so make sure its insulated or not allowed to touch anything. Good luck! Don't know about the dash lights, sorry

thnxs ill try unplugging that connector and dang it i really wish i could figure out the dash lights and running lights is there like another switch or relay that sends power to the fuse block or something of that sorts i know it dosent have the dimmer switch like the t/a and birds

I know all the power for lights must run through the headlight switch. Maybe that's where the problem is?
Re: no runing lights or dash lights
oh ya i knew that iv replaced the switch with a new one and it didntd do anything and all the wire in the switch are getting power well the ones that are supposd to get power but its like it cant get past the switch to the fuse block

I'm sure since the headlight switch also dims the dash lights, you turned the headlight **** all the way to the right. Right?

You said you checked all the fuses, however do this:
Using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) see if you have power on both sides of the TAIL fuse when the headlight switch is in the “parking” position.
