will not crank 1992 firebird
swaped out steering column had to buy new key still won't crank , radio and dash come on but still won;t crank. if any body has had this and fixed it please let me know?

I assume you got a key that had the same resistance value for VATS that your old key had. Otherwise that's probably it

Measure the resistance across the old key (if you still have it) and have a new key cut with that resistance value matching the key from the new column
