'92 Camaro. One Headlight.

Well I'm befuddled. The driver side low-beam headlight on my '92 Camaro suddenly isn't working. When I switch on the brights, all four headlights light up just fine. But when I switch the brights back off only the passenger side low-beam light works.

So it seems the wires and light are fine. But for some reason there isn't any power getting to it without turning on the high-beams. It's probably something small and stupid, but electrical work isn't exactly my strong point. Any help would be appreciated.

And Happy New Year!

You need a new headlight. Outside pair have two filaments, one for HI and one for LOW, and a ground, which makes for three contact prongs on the light. Your LOW is burned out on that light.

I thought all the lights only had one filament. Guess I'll go ahead and buy a new pair.

Thanks for the help.
